Custom Belt Bag Deposit

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING


This custom fee is used to secure your slot for a custom bag. This fee is used to cover the additional time spent during the design process of a custom bag, and is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your custom bag, and the remainder of the bag cost must be paid in full before your custom order will be made.

Belt Bags start at a Base Price of $65.  Domestic Shipping is included in the Base Price.

Belt Bags are offered in 2 design styles: the original version, featuring a printed fabric on the exterior, or the “Party on the Inside” style, featuring an all vinyl exterior with the printed fabric on the interior.

Upon adding this item to your cart you will be asked to fill out a custom order form. This form includes information to help determine the various elements of your custom bag, including fabric, vinyl, & hardware. Within 3 business days of placing your deposit, I will pull out materials & supply options to photograph and send to you, and we will work together to finalize the details of the bag. 2 weeks of planning time is built into the custom fee pricing - additional time is available at $10/week, which will be added to your final invoice.  Upon finalizing your bag details, an invoice will be sent, and due within 72 hours. Once paid, your custom bag will begin the sewing stage. During this time, changes may no longer be made to the design of the bag.  Please be aware of our current custom turn around times when placing your order - standard turnaround time is 6-8 weeks, but may be longer due to high volume or for larger orders.

All custom fabric & hardware is limited, and first come first serve, so please be prepared to choose a backup fabric if your original choice is no longer available. Custom fabric options can be found here:   If you have something different in mind, we do allow cotton woven fabric and/or vinyl to be sent in for your custom.  Most bags require a minimum of 1 yard of cotton woven or one 12” roll of vinyl to be sent in for creation - any extra material will be returned along with your finished bag.  If you have any questions about sending in your own materials, please reach out before purchasing your custom slot.

Specialty details such as embroidery, applique, and piping are available upon request and priced on an individual basis.  Specialty details may add additional time to your bag.  We request that you email us at meghann@littlegemcraftstudio.com and discuss any specialty details before you purchase your custom slot, so that we can make sure we can bring your ideas to life.

Please note that our bags are made to be one of a kind, and we strive not to directly recreate any of our past ready-to-ships bags or custom orders.

Please do not purchase custom deposit slots with ready to ship bags.  You may purchase multiple custom deposit slots at once.  Shipping prices are included in the base price of custom bags - if more than one is purchased at the same time, shipping will be combined & discounted.

Custom orders are non-refundable. In the rare case of a defect upon receiving, please contact us within 48 hours at meghann@littlegemcraftstudio.com.
